This course equips you to thrive in the digital age of manufacturing. Master Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to streamline product development, ensure data consistency, and make data-driven decisions. Explores how PLM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems work together to optimize operations and provide real-time insights. We'll then delve into the exciting world of Smart Factories, powered by the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Leverage IIoT data analysis to optimize decision-making, implement Smart Energy Management for cost reduction, and even monitor equipment remotely. Also, here it emphasizes how Smart Logistics and Supply Chain Management utilize real-time data for efficient operations. Finally, explores the Quality Management 4.0, where digital tools ensure consistent product quality. By the program’s end, you'll gain a holistic understanding of how Digital Manufacturing integrates PLM, Value Chain Management, Manufacturing Workflow and Smart Factory concepts. This comprehensive approach empowers you to lead the digital transformation within the manufacturing industry, contributing to a connected, efficient and intelligent future.
