This course covers strategic corporate finance, risk analysis, green finance, and decision making. Students will learn to assess and manage financial risks within a strategic framework, while considering environmental sustainability. The course explores capital budgeting, financial planning, and valuation techniques in corporate finance. It also focuses on green finance and the integration of ESG factors into financial decision making. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze financial risks, develop sustainable financial strategies, and make informed decisions that align with corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
